1. Account Registration
To access the courses, you must create a student account. You agree to provide accurate, complete information during registration and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Payment and Course Access
Access to our premium courses is subject to the payment of the specified course fee. All transactions are securely completed through Razorpay. Upon successful payment, your account will be granted immediate access to the course materials.
3. Use of Course Materials (Intellectual Property)
All content, including videos, scripts, downloadable resources, and text, is the intellectual property of Panchayat Work. Sharing your credentials, downloading, copying, or distributing the video content without permission is strictly prohibited.
4. Limitation of Liability
While our courses are designed in line with the official guidelines of the Government of Maharashtra and the Ministry of Panchayati Raj, Panchayat Work is an independent training portal and is not liable for errors in administrative entry, compliance issues, or financial loss incurred while operating the official portals.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra, India.
