1. Digital Products and No-Refund Policy
Because our training courses are digital products delivered instantly over the internet upon payment, and represent irrevocable access to intellectual properties (pre-recorded training videos, materials, and downloadable resources):
We do not offer refunds once a course has been purchased and accessed.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that refunds are not possible due to the digital nature of the content.
2. Course Cancellation
You can cancel your student registration or discontinue the training at any time. However, such cancellation will not result in a refund of any portion of the fees paid for already purchased courses.
3. Technical Access Support
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing the course videos or dashboard, please contact our support team at support@panchayatwork.com within 7 days of purchase. If we are unable to resolve the technical access issue on our platform, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund.
